Your farm is full of people who could become your next clients. Help them get to know your name, your listings, and your local expertise. You choose the neighborhood; I take care of getting your marketing to their doors.
Step 2: We coordinate.
We confirm the area, delivery window, and flyer handoff. You bring the printed, counted materials; I’ll bring the walking shoes.
Step 3: Your flyers get out.
I deliver door to door or gate throughout the agreed continuous area. A campaign may take several days.
Step 4: See where they went.
You receive a completion update and coverage map, so you know where your marketing was delivered.

Do you deliver them yourself?
Yes—I personally handle flyer deliveries. During especially busy periods or tight deadlines, members of my team may help with delivery.
Can you deliver to a list of individual addresses?
I deliver within one continuous neighborhood area. Scattered address lists aren’t included. Share your target neighborhood and we’ll confirm the area together.
Where do you deliver?
I’m based in Pasadena and coordinate neighborhood flyer delivery in the Los Angeles area. Send me your target neighborhood or starting address so I can confirm coverage, timing and any special quote. Delivery covers one agreed continuous area; not every neighborhood or route is available.
What marketing materials can you deliver?
Plan a neighborhood campaign with just-listed or just-sold flyers, open-house invitations, market updates or an agent introduction. Have the materials printed and counted. For a brochure, unusual format or custom quantity, contact me to confirm suitability and a quote first.
How much does flyer delivery cost?
One-off delivery starts at $175 for 200 flyers, with larger quantities listed in the order form. Coordinated Glassell Park drop-off avoids the $45 one-off pickup fee. Design and printing are separate; custom quantities or delivery arrangements need an agreed quote.
What do I receive after delivery?
I’ll send a completion update and a coverage map showing the recorded route and area covered. You can see an illustrative example on this page.
How soon can you deliver?
Please allow at least 48 hours whenever possible. I’ll confirm availability, the delivery area, and timing with you. A requested date isn’t a confirmed booking, and a campaign may take several days.
Do you help with flyer creation?
I handle delivery only; design and printing are separate. For creative help, contact the marketing advisor at your local Compass office. They can help you work with Compass Marketing Center templates and resources. The templates on this page give you a starting point. Have your finished materials printed and counted before our handoff.
Can I schedule a monthly flyer campaign?
Yes. Monthly plans provide one campaign in your agreed neighborhood each month. Request your preferred start and I’ll confirm the delivery window and billing details. Submitting a request does not activate a subscription or collect payment.
How does payment work?
For a one-off order, save your request, then pay by Zelle to (318) 834-6309 with your name and the saved reference from your receipt. Payment is due when the order is placed. Monthly billing is confirmed separately.
Can I drop off my flyers?
Yes. Coordinated drop-off at 2615 West Avenue 32, Los Angeles, CA 90065 avoids the $45 one-off pickup fee. Arrange a time with me before you arrive. Monthly pickup arrangements are confirmed separately.
