This page explains how information from a delivery request is used.

What you share

The order form asks for your name, email, phone number, flyer quantity, target neighborhood, requested date or preferred start month, selected one-off or monthly package, handoff details, and any notes you choose to include. Please leave out information that isn’t needed to coordinate delivery.

How it is used

Ren uses those details to review your request, coordinate delivery and payment, and provide service updates. Submitting a request does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list.

The order form and payment

One-off delivery requests and monthly setup requests are saved in this Site’s private database and available to Ren in an owner-only business dashboard. Monthly setup requests do not activate a subscription or collect payment. Previously submitted Tally records remain with Tally. Zelle payments take place separately through your bank or payment provider; this website does not collect bank login details.

Owner order alerts

When configured, order details are sent through Resend to Ren’s business inbox so he can respond. Owner text alerts use Twilio and include the order reference, quantity, total and a link to the private dashboard. Alerts are sent to Ren, not to a customer mailing list. Service providers process these messages to deliver them.

Private form testing

A separate owner-only preview is available for private tests. Sample details submitted there are stored in the Site’s Cloudflare D1 database for Ren’s review. Test submissions do not place a delivery order, send email or SMS, or collect payment. Please use made-up test details rather than client information.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, this website measures page visits, active time and key link clicks. It stores page names, device size class, referring hostname and optional campaign labels, without form answers or cross-site identity tracking. A new random reference is used for each measured page load. Visit records are retained for up to 90 days, with cleanup as new traffic arrives. Choose No thanks or change your choice using Privacy choices on the landing page. Browser storage remembers your analytics preference and your selected light or dark appearance.
