I deliver door to door or gate throughout the agreed continuous area. A campaign may take several days.

You receive a completion update and coverage map, so you know where your marketing was delivered.

Do you deliver them yourself?
Yes—I personally handle flyer deliveries. During especially busy periods or tight deadlines, members of my team may help with delivery.
Can you deliver to a list of individual addresses?
I deliver within one continuous neighborhood area. Scattered address lists aren’t included. Share your target neighborhood and we’ll confirm the area together.
Where do you deliver?
I’m based in Pasadena and coordinate neighborhood flyer delivery in the Los Angeles area. Send me your target neighborhood or starting address so I can confirm coverage, timing and any special quote. Delivery covers one agreed continuous area; not every neighborhood or route is available.
What marketing materials can you deliver?
Plan a neighborhood campaign with just-listed or just-sold flyers, open-house invitations, market updates or an agent introduction. Have the materials printed and counted. For a brochure, unusual format or custom quantity, contact me to confirm suitability and a quote first.
How much does flyer delivery cost?
One-off delivery starts at $195 for 200 flyers with coordinated Glassell Park drop-off. Larger quantities, monthly campaigns and pickup need an individual quote. Design and printing are separate; Ren confirms your final quote, area and delivery window.
What do I receive after delivery?
I’ll send a completion update and a coverage map showing the recorded route and area covered. You can see an illustrative example on this page.
How soon can you deliver?
Please allow at least 48 hours whenever possible. I’ll confirm availability, the delivery area, and timing with you. A requested date isn’t a confirmed booking, and a campaign may take several days.
Do you help with flyer creation?
I handle delivery only; design and printing are separate. For creative help, contact your brokerage’s marketing team or a designer and printer of your choice. Have your finished materials printed and counted before our handoff.
Can I schedule a monthly flyer campaign?
Yes. Request a monthly campaign in your agreed neighborhood. I’ll confirm pricing, capacity, delivery windows and billing before anything starts. Sending a quote request does not activate a subscription or collect payment.
How does payment work?
Send your request so we can agree on the quote, delivery area and timing. I’ll confirm payment instructions before you book. The request form does not take payment or reserve a delivery date.
Can I drop off my flyers?
Yes. Coordinated drop-off at 2615 West Avenue 32, Los Angeles, CA 90065 is included in the starting delivery rate. Arrange a time with me before you arrive. Pickup is quoted separately.
